At our Daventry office we hold in excess of £500K worth of laser parts and consumables to help support our customer requirements. With 2 full time part administrators, we try to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with quick and urgent deliveries.
To maximise our efficiency we also strategically place consignment stock at locations to support our service engineers in the event of unscheduled downtime.

Rofin-Baasel UK Ltd. Has 13 dedicated service engineers to support the United Kingdom and Ireland. 2 engineers reside in Ireland; Dublin and Galway. Our engineers are fully qualified and routinely get updated with the latest technical knowledge through our Rofin refresher training courses and documentation.
Rofin has a dedicated service database to track service calls and compiles a complete system service history.
